Numbers Studio has plugged in as the Brighton Fringe’s full finance team, providing a fully outsourced Bookkeeper and Finance Manger service.
We flexibly increase the support the Fringe need through the busy festival season in the summer and scale back the support through the quiet winter months.
With the Fringe being not for profit events business and such a valuable contributor of culture to the City of Brighton, it’s critical our team prepares the management accounts and finance pack like clockwork for Board review, to make quality decisions to safeguard the future of the Brighton Fringe.
Being a seasonal business, Numbers Studio provides valuable cash budgeting and forecasting support to the Fringe executive team, to help guide the business through the leaner winter months until the next festival.
The Result
The Fringe continues to expand each year and in 2023 collaborated with Camp Bestival to host a new venue Caravanserai, expanding it’s reach and revenue streams.
This enterprise is all about enhancing the culture of Brighton, like the Edinburgh Fringe does for Edinbugh…so we do our best to help the charity fulfil it’s objectives.
