The Process
Numbers Studio has recently taken on Jimmy Garcia Catering to help stabilise their finance team after some impressive growth has led to a creaking finance department. Numbers Studio are replacing the existing permanent finance manager and stepping in as interim Finance Director to advise on upgrading processes and systems to support the larger business.
The Result
Numbers Studio have successfully taken-on the role, at a lower cost and a reduction in management time compared with their previous full-time employee. We support all aspects of the finance function including daily bank reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable management, paying suppliers, credit control, month end close and monthly management accounts which we present at monthly board meetings.
A lack of regular management accounts and accurate financial information, led to the senior management team becoming frustrated and lacking in the information needed to make decision. With Numbers Studio at the helm the smoke has cleared, management are now back in control.
The Future
Numbers Studio’s primary role as bookkeepers, Finance Managers and Interim FD to the Jimmy Garcia team, will enable the senior management team to use the monthly management accounts we produce, to make strategic decisions to keep their growth streak going.
